Details: This position is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including but not limited to: Management Reporting, Regulatory and Statutory Reporting, Budgeting / Forecasting, Long Term Planning and Cash Management. Key job responsibilities are listed below.

• Prepare month end reporting package for distribution to internal management and external stakeholders
• Prepare regular cash forecasts and reports as required by management and stakeholders
• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long term business plans
• Manage long-term financial planning to support Management’s strategic goals
• Perform budget vs. actual analysis monthly to assist Department Heads in managing to budgets
• Maintain all financial records for the company
• Review all transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment
• Review and maintain reconciliations for all general ledger accounts
• Maintain year end US GAAP Audit
• Develop and oversee internal control procedures for General Accounting processes
• Provide oversight for General Accounting processes and operating processes
• Design and implement Accounting processes (including GL reporting, Tax, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Travel and Entertainment) to support overall Company objectives as defined by Management and Stakeholders
• Maintain SOX compliance
• Define appropriate key performance indicators for general accounting processes
• Hire and provide oversight to the Financial Analyst
• Facilitate transition of financial reporting from managing partner to new GL system
• Other ad hoc duties as shall reasonably be requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a financial management capacity required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and working knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word required
• Familiarity with entertainment / television industry preferable
• CPA strongly preferred.
