Details: SUMMARY OF POSITION

Warner Bros. Television Group seeks an Account Manager/Director (DOE) for Digital Media Sales – California. The Account Manager/Director drives sales for Warner Bros. Digital Media focusing on a specific list of target accounts and agencies. The Manager/Director helps Warner Bros. achieve a reputation for being an innovative, client-focused media partner and a thought leader in the digital industry. The Manager/Director focuses on developing deep, meaningful relationships with clients that enable Warner Bros. to deliver against specific sales targets, while delivering exceptional marketing solutions and the highest levels of client service. This position reports directly to the VP, Sales, Western Region in Burbank.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Personally delivers against a specific sales revenue target for a list of accounts and agencies.

•Powerfully articulates and presents the Warner Bros. Digital offering in the marketplace.

•Personally drives productive relationships at key clients and agencies.

•Offers clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively and accurately informing the pipeline of opportunities across the region and weekly sales forecasts.

•Provides meaningful marketplace feedback on the Warner Bros. Digital media offering including brands, programs, and ad capabilities.

•Drives revenue goals while maintaining a responsible approach toward the internal support organization.

•Drives the highest levels of client service by managing the pre- and post-sales client-facing processes.

•Responsible for other job related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelors degree required.

•Minimum 3 years experience in digital media sales within an entertainment/media company or ad agency.

•Previous successful experience calling directly on digital advertising clients and/or agencies.
•Proven experience in building senior level client and agency relationships.

•Powerful sales, presentation and communication skill sets.

•MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

•Exceptional team player interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization.

•Strong interpersonal capabilities and consensus building skills.

•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and clients.

•Willingness to travel as needed.

•Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
