Threshold Interactive is searching for talented and driven Jr . Net Developer to join our top notch, rapidly growing technology team in Culver City, California (Los Angeles).

We work with companies like Honda, Nestle, Butterfinger, Gerber, and the Bonnaroo music festival. What we are looking for in a Junior Developer:
• Solid, core, up-to-date knowledge of programming/languages
• Self-starter with ability to produce clean, high quality code and solutions with minimal guidance
• Exceptional problem solving skills – ability to break down a problem and solve it.
• A “can-do”, team first attitude willingness to help – no matter how big or small the task.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, an open mind, and the willingness to learn – we want you to grow..
• Passion for computer science and the interactive space – we are an interactive agency after all….
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years recent experience with the following:
o Microsoft .Net
o C#
o Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, other web languages)
o SQL Server, including coding of stored procedures
o Databases (SQL Server, mysql)
o Programming object oriented Flash ActionScript highly desired, but not required
The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with peers, subordinates, senior management and clients is required. Candidates must possess excellent code troubleshooting and testing skills. Additionally, excellent grammatical, organizational, communication and proofreading skills are required. The ability to perform efficiently, with a strong attention to detail, in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, deadline-driven environment is essential. Candidates should able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include occasional overtime. Prior experience in an agency environment is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent training and experience.
