Job Description
Required Skills
Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and customer satisfaction.
Understand how iHeartMedia products will assist advertisers in reaching their marketing goals.
Work with Account Executives to up-sell existing clients and assist with new business development.
Combine data analysis and client feedback to customize optimizations to meet client and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign delivery and address any delivery issues.
Analyze client ROI/CPA goals, media buying cycles, target demographics, marketing philosophy
Proactively create strategic recommendations and implement solutions for each client.
Maintain and update proficiencies in the display and performance marketing landscape.
Travel to client location as needed
Required Experience
Proven ability to manage multiple daily tasks, as well as, long-term strategic projects.
Passionate and committed to grow accounts and deliver highest levels of client service to ensure retention.
Outstanding analytical skills.
Results oriented with great attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining corporate objectives.
Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments.
BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary.
2+ years experience working in the online media business.
4+ years account/client/relationship management experience.
Radio background, local media experience.
