Position Overview
iHM's Custom Network Radio is looking for a FT Planning Coordinator to join their support team. This is an entry level role that will allow you to learn and grow within the media industry. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, driven, and professional.
Required Skills
• Input and confirm Network radio station orders
• Maintain and execute any order revisions
• Schedule Makegoods and assist in managing airtime clearance issues
• Assist in pulling pricing for iHM projects and clearance issues for CN orders
• Track and trend spot airings and analyze post log reports
• Organize, manage and update affiliate lists for various programming lineups
• Manage Network research share files
Required Experience
• Proficiency in MS programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be proficient in math and comfortable analyzing data
• Must have professional communication and phone skills
• Must work well with others and be team oriented in nature
• 4 year college degree preferred
• Radio/media experience a PLUS
