Position Overview
The Manager, Client Solutions will utilize understanding of multi-media assets to create large-scale and compelling national programs that win business. This position will lead or collaborate in ideation and development of strategic marketing programs for national advertising clients supporting iHeartMedia's sales team. This position is Los Angeles-based and reports to the Vice President of Client Solutions.
Required Skills
Provide program ideation support to assigned sales teams and high-priority clients to help formulate innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Help develop and write integrated marketing proposals (radio, events, digital, mobile, social, outdoor) for clients in partnership with relevant divisions of iHeartMedia
Work with various internal groups to obtain input and approval on client concepts - programming, editorial, events and activations, media planning teams
Present marketing concepts to clients in conjunction with sales team
Work in tandem with the creative department on presentation design and format to make impactful visual presentations and documents for our national client base
Develop and manage relationships with internal and external clients
Use a variety of sales management tools and software (Salesforce.com) to track and provide timely updates on accounts and deals
Required Experience
Relevant work experience in Media, Marketing, Sales or a related field
Preferred experience including radio planning or sales marketing, account strategy or media agency experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields, such as Marketing, Business or a related field
Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
Proven track record of developing and managing successful, large-scale marketing strategies, programs or campaigns
Strong understanding of research metrics and ability to apply them to strengthen client proposals
Outstanding project management and performance measurement skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Excellent organization, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
Strong Microsoft Office skills
