Position Overview
The iHeartMedia NSMP Manager, Activation & Account Management will lead account management on assigned key accounts. The purpose is to deliver the contractual agreed upon media & activation benefits to achieve maximum client value/satisfaction within iHeartMedia core values and goals. Key responsibilities will be: lead the day to day execution of deliverables charts, contract elements, weekly reporting, weekly calls, recaps and budget tracking with the support and inclusion of the Director. The focus should be on meeting both internal and external deadlines on deliverables and supporting direct manager. Full understanding, tracking and transparency of hard cost expenses will be imperative for someone in this position. Knowledge of promotional rules, contesting, content capture, etc. are necessary. In the case that this role has a direct report, that reports accounts will roll under the Manager in the following respects: budget management, meeting recap review & deadlines, weekly call management, weekly bullet management.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning, budget management, production, execution of on-site event activations for assigned clients. On-site includes dedicated presence for all activations through set-up, event duration and post event.
• Responsible for proper kick off elements for new accounts assigned and any new platforms that roll under existing accounts. This can include but is not limited to: deliverables chart, formal kick off email, contact sheet, agenda, power point with examples, event overview, etc.
• Responsible for the day to day management of assigned accounts: weekly bullets, deliverables chart, weekly call/notes needs, recap organizations for proof of performance and invoice tracking.
• Responsible for implementation of contractual media & event based benefits for assigned client deals.
• Responsible for assigned team tasks - ex. Run of Show documentation, Shot List, etc. Pushing out messaging for assigned tasks to the group.
• Lead weekly meeting prep (start to finish) including but not limited to: creation of agendas, completion of thorough call notes, setting reminders for next steps.
• Responsible for the following information gathering, noting all of the below should come with a timeline of 1st draft delivery for manager review:
• Development of comprehensive recaps for all major projects/events. Final due 3 weeks post event. Creation of mini-recaps both internal & external facing kick off, mid and post event/campaign. This includes but is not limited to progress reports on campaigns, status on activations, status on budgets (internal only), photos of performance, tracking to date against goal, recommendations for updates/changes when applicable. Final due 48 hours post event. Provide key information, results, stats & imagery for completed campaigns in a timely manner to Activation point for marketing use in Case Studies, One Sheets, etc. Due within the timeframe assigned by Marketing or provided by manager.

• 6+ years of promotional marketing/account service experience
