Position Overview
The Digital Content & Operations Coordinator, Premiere Digital Media will support the Premiere Networks Digital Team at iHeartMedia in a number of different ways. They will provide strategic marketing/business and administrative support to the Vice President of Premiere Digital Media at iHeartRadio. They will create original Social Media & Editorial content for multiple brands. They will have a focus on growing the digital footprint of their radio properties and on air personalities through social media, and work very closely with the Editorial team to grow social referral traffic in the network. They will be an active participant in the Agile process for Premiere's Digital Product and assist with future product planning. They will collaborate both internally and with external teams at the company to support the Digital Operations of dozens of Premiere Networks' nationally syndicated radio programs. This position is based in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
• Provide digital marketing/operations strategy support & ideas. Assist with communications to internal and external teams & business stakeholders.
• Produce and create content to be used on social media and radio show and station websites in an effort to grow social and website audience across the iHeartMedia and Premiere network.
• Identify daily trends, conversations, and content angles that can be circulated for potential social/website engagement.
• Collaborate with the Product and Editorial leads, to track goals vs progress plus other organizational shared documentation and knowledge resources for the team.
• Provide administrative/business support to the department leadership. Meeting coordination, assistance with budgeting/spreadsheets, travel/expenses, and reports & presentations.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience with Internet and social media platforms.
• Experience with content management systems preferred.
• Past experience in the entertainment, music or online space also preferred.
• Current knowledge of social networking and content platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Bachelor's degree in a related/applicable field required.
• Superior and persuasive communication skills, including the ability to proofread.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Possess a balance of creativity with good analytical skills.
• The ability to work quickly with multiple tasks and shift gears on a dime based on priority.
• Self starter, ability to work alone - but also across long-term, complex projects where taking initiative is a must.
• A healthy appetite for pop culture and entertainment.
• Experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role a major plus.
• Photoshop/Image Editing skills a major plus.
• iMovie/Final Cut video Editing skills a plus.
