Position Overview
Oversight of digital web and audio content and goal performance for multiple markets including oversight of existing Digital Content Directors and air talent.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage plan to achieve company digital goals.
• Report to and collaborate with Division Digital Operations Director and Region SVP Programming.
• Maintain thorough working knowledge of company measurement metrics for digital, and company best practices to effectively communicate operating plans to digital team personnel and talent,
• Target success and areas of needed improvement based on results, and modify operating plan strategy accordingly.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls and in person meetings with team members in multiple markets as needed to provide effective leadership of operation.
• As needed, produce graphics, work with sales teams to develop concepts for clients.
• As needed, produce content for company websites, company social media sites, and other company digital assets.
Qualifications
• Leadership ability and experience level of 3 years in management of multiple employees required in this multi market oversight role of Digital audio and web content.
• Performance is measured on ability to grow web site visitors and usage per company assigned metrics, and the ability to coach content creators to perform tasks.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, website deployment, and content creation is an additionally important skillset.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Education
o High School Diploma required
o College degree preferred - 4-Year Degree
