We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team, who will be responsible for the sale of GTA's influencer marketing campaigns to brands, pr and advertising agencies primarily across beauty, lifestyle, family, health and fitness categories. The ideal candidate would have strong, established relationships with brands and top ad agencies and a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers. The candidate would also have a proven track record of driving consistent streams of revenue and being known in the industry as a trusted partner to clients to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. You must be highly motivated, professionally mature, possess outstanding communication skills, have demonstrated knowledge of online advertising and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment.
Job Requirements:
Manage and establish new partnerships with brands and agencies to evangelize GTA in the market and drive revenue
Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence with target accounts
Act as digital strategist and sales consultant advising brands on influencer marketing strategies across our talent roster
Collaborate and communicate interdepartmentally to contribute to strategic opportunities and possibilities
Develop excellent client relationships at all levels by displaying a positive, enthusiastic approach in all client contact (meetings, events, etc)
What We're Looking For
1+ years experience in digital content sales (influencer marketing experience a plus)
Understanding of influencer marketing, brand content sales, and influencer space in both large media companies as well as startup atmospheres
Roster of client brand and agency relationships, particularly targeting beauty, fashion, lifestyle, health and fitness sectors
Ability to create and maintain thriving and lasting strategic brand partnerships amidst an ever changing landscape
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to pitch influencer marketing solutions to top decision makers
Ability to communicate in an organized, transparent manner internally
Entrepreneurial spirit and scrappiness
