Position: TV/Radio Producer (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Overview:
Join our dynamic media team as a TV/Radio Producer specializing in crafting compelling content for broadcast, with a keen focus on copywriting. As a vital part of our production team, you will conceptualize, develop, and execute content for television and radio platforms, catering to a diverse audience in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
Responsibilities:
-Content Creation: Ideate, develop, and produce engaging scripts, promotional materials, and advertising copy for TV and radio broadcasts, ensuring high-quality bilingual content.
-Production: End-to-end production process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to project timelines.
-Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, directors, writers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for broadcast content.
-Scriptwriting: Create compelling and persuasive scripts for commercials, programs, announcements, and promotional materials, maintaining consistency and tone across both English and Spanish mediums.
-Language Expertise: Translate and adapt content between English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and resonance with target audiences.
-Media Coordination: Coordinate with talent, voice artists, and production crew to ensure a smooth recording and broadcasting process.
-Quality Assurance: Review and refine content, ensuring it meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and resonates with the intended audience.
-Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies to enhance content effectiveness and relevance.
Requirements:
-Proven experience 5 years in TV/radio production, with a strong focus on copywriting and content creation.
-Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages (written and verbal) is essential.
-Exceptional copywriting and scriptwriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
-In-depth knowledge of broadcasting standards, media production processes, and editing software/tools.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across departments.
-Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling with a keen eye for detail.
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, or a related field (preferred).
