Well I just wanted to give you a little feedback. About 6 months ago I listed a job posting for a secretary position. ... Anyhow, I found your site and I loved that it was free and easy to use. Within 2 weeks of posting the job I found the person for the job. She was actually the 2nd person I interviewed and I knew right away that she would fit in great with Reality Check atmosphere. I did however complete 10 interviews and I would say that about half of those were individuals that I would have considered for the position.
The individual I hired on 6 months ago has turned out great and is moving up and taking on more responsibilities and the company has moved to a much larger building and needs a front desk receptionist, so I decided to go with what worked in the past and post the job on your site. I have my fingers crossed that I will have as great of luck with filling this position as I did with the last.
