Salary Information: The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $148,700.00 to $199,400.00 per year. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
Workplace Requirements: The role is currently based in Santa Monica, CA, but is expected to move to Burbank, CA in the near future.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
Years of Experience: 7+ years as a skilled editor.
Hard Skills:
- Excellent Adobe Premiere editing skills.
- Solid knowledge of After FX.
- Experience in producing end-to-end creative.
- Ability to source and select appropriate imagery and graphical assets.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Description:
The Senior Manager will be a part of Hulu's Brand Creative team, working very closely with the Executive Creative Director to drive the Hulu brand creative forward. The role involves managing junior team members, producing and editing top-tier creative content, and leading high-priority campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a leader, managing and mentoring junior creatives.
- Present, "sell-in", and communicate creative concepts and timelines.
- Brief and manage external agencies.
- Ensure consistency across multiple brands and high-quality outputs.
- Make decisions on creative concepts within preset guidelines.
- Build and manage relationships with other business lines.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity across all delivered work.
- Manage personal workload effectively.
