Award winning casting and production company is hiring an assistant to the CEO/Co-Presidents. This role will also manage social media on all platforms. This is the perfect role for an eager assistant ready to get a foot in the door in the industry. Both companies are fast growing with a diverse slate of projects. There is great room for growth for the right person! Recent college graduates who have strong organizational, writing, multitasking, and social media skills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling, rolling calls, and maintaining calendars on behalf of the CEO/Co-Presidents
Creating, designing, and managing the social media and newsletters and posting at minimum once per day on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Light personal tasks for the CEO/Co-Presidents as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
A positive, proactive attitude is imperative
Ability to keep a cool head under pressure
Stellar organizational skills
Strong writing and grammar skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Google Suite
Flexibility: This role will start out as a work from home job until its safe to return to our office. Then the job will transition to working out of our headquarters, but will also involve days on set!
Must have a car and driver's license

COMPENSATION: $650 a week
