Duties/Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Answering busy phone system, directing all calls to the proper employee
Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a professional and friendly manner
Distribute mail and packages as they arrive to the office
Assist the Operations Manager in planning and prepping for company events
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, as well as conference rooms and other working spaces.
Managing and ordering all supplies and food order to ensure the office is always stocked
Conducting Fed Ex and Messengers services when needed
Assisting the CEO in tasks he may ask your help with
Assisting in tasks asked of you by department heads such as printing, filing, errands, etc.
Requirements:
Must have great verbal communication and phone skills
Follows and listens to instructions and procedures
Can handle pressure in a fast paced environment
Must have a positive and friendly attitude. Must be a team player
Must have reliable transportation
