Amazon Music is seeking a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to lead integrated go-to-market campaign strategies and executions. We are seeking an experienced and creative integrated marketing manager that has a proven track record mobilizing cross-functional teams, planning releases, and delivering results, plus a drive for testing, learning and making insight- and data-driven decisions. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices for Amazon Music.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage the marketing planning process and calendar for high-impact releases that can drive awareness, consumption, and growth for Amazon Music
• Develop and execute marketing plans for tent pole releases including responsibility for measuring and analyzing performance
• Own the Go-To-Market strategy for critical releases
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, PR, BI, Artist & Label Relations, and others to rally resources, content, and development needs
• Document results and prepare business reviews for the Amazon Music organization and external partners
• Help define the success metrics and improve marketing roadmap by communicating opportunities and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in digital music operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Integrated marketing background with an ability to understand customers, key segments, and differentiated position to craft creative and unique campaigns that drive performance
• Strong core planning skills with a proven record in creating successful go-to-market plans with rigorous and robust analytical skills
• Proven track record using data-driven insights and translating into business-driving release solutions
• Enjoys working with teams to quickly iterate hypotheses and deliver on business priorities
• Experience in the translation of customer insights and data into new product releases, offerings, and initiatives
• Comfort with navigating and managing in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a start-up environment, where managers are owners, wear multiple hats, and effortlessly think and act both strategically and tactically
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization-technical, business, and executive
• Capable of multi-tasking and handling complex projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment, and also will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
• Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo
• Fun to be around-someone who cares about the people they work with and motivates them to be the best they can be
