Job Description
An Associate Designer is a creative professional who works under the guidance of a Design Creative Director to execute best-in-class static design for A+E marketing content.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Execute brand and series campaign design elements including but not limited to:
• Key art
• Logo design
• Print and OOH
• Paid social and digital advertising campaigns
• Branded collateral
• Press kits
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and Designers.
• Participate in various design projects from concept to completion.
• Receive, interpret and execute effectively against all feedback to hone skills and improve design.
• Work to fulfill multiple projects, delivery schedules, and campaign elements –including needs for broadcast, off channel/paid media, affiliate, PR, and consumer products.
• Meet design goals within the context of your assignments.
THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with industry standard file formats and deliverables for both Print/Online Advertising.
• Proficient in color theory, typography, textures, and spatial relationships.
• Familiarity with motion graphic a plus.
YOUR STORY
• 2-3 years' experience designing key art within the film/TV/media/entertainment industry .
• Ability to tell a powerful story through still images.
• Can multitask handling a large volume of work and be able to pivot effectively.
• Present and articulate ideas and issues to the team effectively?.
• Can receive, interpret,? and execute effectively against all feedback?.
• Impeccable attention to detail?.
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proven team player.
• Strong communication skills.

CompensationHourly Pay Range: $28.23 - $34.78Annual Incentive Target: 5%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
