Position Summary:
Support client of agency on execution of third-party partnerships on assigned film releases. Person acts as the day-to-day contact for partnerships taking direction from client team and supporting the overall team with time sensitive tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
--On assigned films, act as one of the day-to-day contacts for the execution of smaller domestic third-party theatrical promotional programs and manage the approval of third-party theatrical promotional submissions from local teams in over 60 international markets.
--Support the Execution Teams in improving internal efficiency, performance, and consistency, as well as overall ''customer service'' to both domestic partners and international markets.
o Liaise with Partners on a day-to-day basis, provides assets needed for promotional creative development, review creative submissions, provide feedback and approvals, etc.
o Draft legal contracts and facilitate any additional legal approvals (i.e. sweepstakes rules, etc.)
o Correspond with local markets for program and creative review / approvals.
o Provide eRooms support for Team: print out materials for review, saves submissions / creative to shared drive, etc.
--Prepare and maintain multiple domestic and worldwide reports including:
o Promo Overviews (maintains / updates overviews as receive new films and/or when programs change, etc. also reviews for consistency over both teams)
o Filmmakers / Approval Trackers
o Wrap Reports
o Contract Status
o Style Guides
--Works closely with Publicity, Creative Advertising, Digital, Targeted Marketing, and Field Promotions teams on all partnerships, to enhance overall marketing efforts.
-Maintain shared drive by:
o Organizing files / folders for consistency across teams
o Saving creative / documents
--Manages style guide assets via online
--Attend weekly and ad-hoc meetings as requested by client
--Work on-site at client five days a week (9am-6pm).
Required Skills/Experience:
• Previous promotions/partnerships experience a plus
• Entertainment/studio or agency experience a plus
• Previous administrative experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Photoshop
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks in a timely manner and stay organized and schedule work effectively
• BA/BS degree from accredited university
Additional requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate issues in a professional manner.
• Understanding of the retail environment and to identify and facilitate opportunities to leverage those retail relationships.
• Must work well with others; collaborative team player
• Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, through electronic communications, in person and on the telephone.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work well under time constraints and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently, show initiative and be a self-starter.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.
