Dynamic, Organized PA/EA required.
Due to the increased success over the last 12 months, we are currently seeking a new PA to be based in Northern Va/Washington DC Area office. This role will involve dealing with schedules, contracts, invoices on behalf of the client. You will be required to manage, delegate & action work to fierce deadlines. This person will be self motivated and hard working with a tenacious attitude to getting the job done.
This PA role is all involving with daily contact with clients, senior management and artists alike. You must be discreet, resilient, always cheerful and have excellent communication skills.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• A previous understanding/knowledge of the music industry
• Experience in PA/EA, preferably supporting high-level executives.
• Experience creating and managing various numbers of itineraries at any one time
• Able to coordinate detailed travel plans and have experience of booking executive aircraft
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to interact with all internal and external issues
• Integrate and Manage social and business calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings and other activities
• Excellent communication skills, including outstanding written skills, articulation and listening skills.
• Great Mathematical skills
• Presentable with a friendly manner
• Flexible on working hours
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the gift of managing up, down and sideways -- personable, flexible
• Team-oriented with extraordinary team-building skills - Strong self-management skills with strong attention to detail, including the ability to take initiative, multi-task, work well under pressure, and work independently with little to no direction
• Discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential matters;
• Assist as needed with various personal-related tasks.
• Ability to operate in multi-time zones with international clients
• Superb Travel Management Skills; Coordinate personal and company travel arrangements with high travel.
• Handle all visa applications, and any travel related issues
• Creating and handling all itineraries for travel
• Good knowledge of the airline industry and domestic and international routings
• Previous experience with Mac computers & software is must. Also proficient in Office Suite:
• Excel: Exceptional ability to create and edit complicated Excel reports
• Word: Exceptional Word skills
• Strong Internet research skills
• PowerPoint: Good knowledge
• Previous experience with Mac computers & software, and Apps for iOS, Android and Blackberry devises.
