YSK Entertainment, an international production company, is looking to hire a Multimedia Coordinator/ Personal Assistant. The right candidate for this position is media-savvy, passionate about music and technology, detail-oriented, creative and knowledgeable in leading social media platforms.
The Multimedia Coordinator/ Personal Assistant will be responsible for assisting in social media brand management, creating engaging content, website maintenance, monitoring updates to social media accounts and additional daily tasks. Working closely with Director of Multimedia, marketing consultants, and vendors the Coordinator will be responsible for keeping social media up-to-date and reporting on audience interaction, utilizing new technology to remain current. We are looking for someone who is organized and reliable who is willing to take initiative. This is a position with excellent room for growth so we are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with long-term interest.
Job Duties:
• Work with YSK team to build social media strategy and execute the strategy for the brand
• Be responsible for updates across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Weibo, Instagram, etc.
• Create content integrating design principles via website and multiple social media platforms that will encourage audience growth and interaction
• Identify and build relationships with influencers
• Act as lead and manage updates to banners and headers on social media accounts
• Outsource designers and integrate designs (both digital and print) into brand strategy
• Research and negotiate with 3rd party vendors including budget management
• Be able to monitor analytics and determine what works best and why in order to communicate this to the team
• Proactively seek out new tools, vendors, applications to improve outreach and growth of fan base
• Monitor trends in social media technologies, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to your ongoing work
Job Requirements:
• Ideal candidate is experienced in and enthused by all types of social media, web design, and digital content
• Strong written/ verbal communication skills particularly in the context of writing content/ posts/ updates on social networks and blogs
• Experience reporting and providing insights around social analytics, ideally social community data
• Enthusiastic social media user with active personal accounts and social presence
• Self-motivated, self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative and take ownership of projects
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good with time management, able to manage a large number of tasks at once
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrates common sense, discretion and trustworthiness
• Flexible open to working some weekends, evenings and may include some domestic and/or international travel
• College degree or experience equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in digital media, preferably in music
• At least 1-2 years of strong project management experience with proven ability to drive projects to successful completion
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Indesign) as well as familiarity with MS Office, MS Project
• Knowledge of Social Toaster preferred
• Experience with Salesforce ''Social Studio'' and ''Radian6'' preferred, but not required
