One of the world's fastest growing full-service media sales representation firms. We offer great benefits and a fun work environment! The bilingual Sales Assistant will act as the liaison between the company's Account Executives and advertising agencies and our U.S. Hispanic TV and cable network partners. Assistant will be involved in all areas of the sales phase, including establishing rapport with networks, agencies, and their contacts. Interact with networks, stations, and other company departments to ensure smooth execution of airtime sales. We encourage internal promotions and anticipate that the right candidates will become Account Executives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our ideal candidate will be highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and be able to learn proprietary software for order entry. College degree preferred. Entertainment industry administrative experience a plus. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH!
