The Vault Manager is responsible for coordinating all assets coming into and going out of the building physically and digitally. Ingesting and sorting assets as received from the client and tracking the physical assets throughout production. Other responsibilities include, maintaining client posting sites, upkeep of the vault and the main office, assisting client services, and running errands outside of the office when available.
We are looking for a person who is a team player and can handle multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt, solve problems, work independently, work with staff, communicate clearly both written and verbally, is extremely detail oriented, has exceptional time management and can work under pressure. A functional understanding of digital media in relation to various production workflows is a plus.
