The Role:
White Media is looking for a Junior Level Programmer able to apply their HTML/CSS skills to develop innovative online and interactive media including websites, landing pages, and other interactive projects.
Responsibilities include:
Partnering with all team members to provide design, development and maintenance of our web properties through a demonstrated proficiency of HTML/CSS. Work closesly with creative and production departments to deliver and assist in the preparation, creation and implementation of internal and external media. Make all requested changes and corrections promptly.
Basic Qualifications:
Associates degree
1+ years of experience with Wordpress, Magento, and using PHP
Must be able to make sites live on the internet
1+ years experience in front end web development and coding Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript Knowledge of WordPress a plus Passion for web standards and user experience Conversant with a variety of web templating systems and frameworks (PHP is a plus)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Professional experience in Web Development
Relational database knowledge: SQL, PLSQL
Professional Skills:
Attention to detail, ability to organize and maintain order
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities as directed.
Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to learn new technologies and requirements quickly.
Ability to stay on schedule and produce results in a timely manner.
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. |
