WestStar Multimedia Entertainment is the home of The Kim Komando Show, the nation's largest talk-radio show about everything digital. It broadcasts daily as well as every weekend on more than 450 radio stations in the U.S. and internationally on the American Forces Radio Network. Kim's weekly column appears nationally in USA Today, Fox News and in more than 100 daily newspapers. We send more than 12 million newsletters each week. We also produce books, consumer buying guides, podcasts and videos.
We broadcast from our new state-of-the-art broadcast center that allows for our continued expansion into national broadcast television and podcast distribution.

We produce over 100 pieces of content per week on multiple layers. We are focused on bringing the most engaging content to web, mobile and over-the-top broadcasting to audiences all over the country!
We are expanding into new programming in our multiple layers of content creation and distribution. The ideal candidate will coordinate the daily content, oversee production of newscasts, manage the team and produce special programming. You will work closely with the editorial staff and the shows production partners. This position requires a strong and creative leader with exceptional producing skills who leads by example.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce shows/script reviews
Booking guests
Manage and train other Producers
Special projects
Planning and overseeing continuity into upcoming newscasts
Other responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Newsroom management experience
Multimedia platform creation and distribution
Four years producing experience
Four-year degree in journalism or communications preferred
Strong writing skills and a proven track record for getting results on initiatives
Great people skills with an emphasis on coaching and motivating
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
We offer a competitive salary that depends on your experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: major medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and AFLAC group services. Paid time off includes: sick, corporate holidays, and personal vacation. This is a full-time, onsite position at our studio and corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.
