Weirdo Workshop is a Independent label and artist collective servicing cross-genre music and live events. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and strategic marketing support to the Operations team and relative vendors for company wide objectives and projects. Ideal candidates take pride in their work playing part of a collective objective to introduce audiences of all types to a fresh perspective on music, art, and quality of life. This is an entry level full-time position. Please include any available social handles with your resume.
[ Requirements ]
- 1 to 3 Years professional experience in a marketing, branding, or advertising capacity
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinker with a strong motivation to produce high quality work in collaboration with others as wells independently
- Strong research and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail and timeliness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- BA in a relevant field
[ Responsibilities ]
- Research, report, and maintain analytics to support campaign planning and direction across all digital, physical, and terrestrial platforms and events
- Develop marketing campaigns for digital and brand strategy objectives company wide as assigned
- Coordinate campaigns and develop relationships across local, college, and regional networks
- Coordinate social campaigns that include content ideation and audience fulfillment
- Maintain project management protocols in regards to campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Maintain and uphold asset and file organization protocols across projects
- Coordinate, assist with, and oversee the execution of all field asset distribution, sharing and audience acquisition
- Support Operations leadership with the planning and execution of events on a corporate and individual artist level
- Manage and provide leadership for event audience experience including event setup, guest service, merchandise operations, and audience acquisition
- Cover social live activation during events
- Work with Operations leadership to coordinate travel and complete relative expense reports according to company policy
- Monitor and report to Operations leadership on travel logistical matters in a timely matter
