New Business Development - Account Executive
General Job Description:
Weigel Broadcasting Co. home of WCIU TV, The U, The U Too, MeTV, H&I, Bounce and MeTV FM Radio 87.7, Chicago, seeks a highly motivated, creative and ambitious new business development seller, specifically focused on developing radio business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on new business development and sell the radio station MeTV FM WRME 87.7 along with other company assets.
Consistent lead generation and ability to connect with potential clients.
Excel in new business development and in generating new dollars.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The candidate for this position must have a track record of new business development.
Strong written, verbal, negotiation and communication skills.
High energy and passion for the job
Previous radio, cable or television sales experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Excellent computer skills are a must.
