POP are looking for an enthusiastic, out-going graduate, with a keen interest in film and technology; a quick learner and go-getting team player to be part of our growing company.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hard-worker to learn in the film industry hands-on.

Responsibilities
POP Community
Building on the reputation of excellence and trust within POP's community of background artists in the US (Specifically New York focused initially)
• First point of contact for the POP community, supporting artists with queries
• Managing the dedicated POP community Facebook page
• Working with the Marketing team to generate content for the community social media channels
• Generating ideas for building the community
• Organising and implementing POP community focused events
Community Recruitment and Casting Events
Growing the nationwide community of artists by holding casting and registration events
• Research and find suitable sources for new background artists in New York and the surrounding areas
• Liaising with casting directors using our technology, and first point of contact to support them with specific sourcing requirements for film, TV and commercial projects
• Fully responsible for planning and running artist registration events in co-ordination with clients needs and timelines
• Build and oversee registration event teams, street casting teams and stakeholder contacts in New York
• Planning and running street casting sessions and meet groups of potential artists
• Carry out registration follow up process
User Support
Assist the wider User Team in supporting the casting directors using POP technology to cast their projects
• Work on film and TV sets / locations with the production company clients of our users to support with the use of POP technology
• Support casting users with their interactions with the POP community of artists
• Support casting users with technical queries where possible

• Flexible schedule, willing to work late as required

• Willing to travel and work on location for days/weeks at a time as required
