This position is freelance with a potential for full-time.
This individual will focus high-end video production for web and social platforms. Applicants must show a strong sense or short form video editing, sound mixing, motion graphics, animation, design, a wide range of creative styles, and knowledge of video for the web. The individual must have a passion for visual storytelling, communication, be eager to learn, lead and collaborate with our creative team. This is a full-time on-site position.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Expertise in: Adobe Premiere & After Effects. C4D & 3D compositing is a plus.
• Creation of content across a number of projects including but not limited to: video editing, compositing, advanced motion graphics (2D & 3D), sound design, animation, kinetic-typography, color correction, and compression.
• Be involved in different phases of development, from conceptualization and storyboarding to animating and editing
• Work with instructional designers to develop and fulfill project objectives
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Must have demo reel or portfolio
•Bachelor's or Master's degree is required in either Motion, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film or other related fields
•Excellent design sense, including composition, color and typography
•Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional creative experience
•Proficient in Adobe software: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and C4D
BONUS POINTS
•Excellent sense of storytelling, timing, motion and easing
•Knowledge in all the main social platforms and their respective specs
•Positive attitude and outstanding creative approach to problem solving
•Detail-oriented, organized workflow and deadline-focused
•Strong work ethic and organizational skills
•Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
•Experience in commercial or broadcast design production
•Short form Storytelling with limitations based on the medium or length (:05, :10, :15 & :30 spots)
