Only applicants with writing samples will be considered.
The Social Media Intern will work with the social team to distribute content and manage communities for a designated theatrical campaign on
behalf of a film studio client.
Responsibilities will include:
Help create content calendars that follow an established voice and strategy
Writing post copy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels as needed
Track comments, tweets, posts, etc. across all channels
Research opportunities for real-time content creation
Learn to report on the growth and engagement of communities as determined by the client
Participate in brainstorming concepts and social strategy for upcoming projects
Preferred experience:
Excels in a fast-paced environment
Strong creative writing skills
Knowledge of the different social platforms
Attention-to-detail and obsession with grammar
Passion for entertainment i.e. film, television, gaming, etc.
Pursuing a Bachelor's in marketing or communications is a plus
Knowledge with social CMS and/or analytics tools a plus
