Wasserman Media Group, LLC is looking for a part-time Receptionist for their Los Angeles office. Candidates must be available to work 1:00 pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Wasserman is a worldwide leader in sports management, marketing and media. It operates within the disciplines of Athlete Management, Consulting, and Sales. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Wasserman also has offices in New York, London, Carlsbad, Bethesda and Raleigh.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Primary point of contact for clients and guests visiting and calling the office
• Opens and/or closes office every day
• Answers phones; transfers and assists with conference calls
• Handle queries from the public and clients
• Provide general information about the organization to the public and clients
• Assists Office Manager with projects and maintenance of office
Skills:
• Commitment to exceeding expectations of clients, visitors, and fellow employees
• Must be reliable, punctual and well organized
• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced work environment
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize
• Excellent in-person, phone and electronic communication skills
• Service industry experience preferred |
