Search for Recruitment Coordinator jobs in New York-NY
Job Purpose: Support Senior Manager and manager within the Human Resources department on recruitment process.
Duties:
• Post jobs to various online sources
• Review incoming resumes for open positions
• Screen applications and source qualified candidates
• Manage the interview process to include scheduling, creating meeting invites, sending confirmations and participating in the interview process.
• Assist in maintaining applicants within the Applicant Tracking System, including ensuring data integrity and proper placement within stages.
• Provide weekly updates to both supervisors on progress with open positions.
• Assist with intern recruitment
• Flexibility with working out of two different offices within Manhattan
• Assist with additional administrative duties like covering Reception, and covering for Executive Assistants
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years working in Human Resources/Recruiting. Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
• Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem solving skill required.
• Most possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems highly preferable
• Experience with Google Docs and Calendars required
• A demonstrated passion for Social Media
• Must be detailed oriented and have a high attention to detail
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Reader and standard office equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
