High Level Job Description:
The VIP Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing VIP/Fan experiences at live events for various VIP campaigns
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Lead representative at live events for artist, venue, vendors and guests
• Handle all on-site customer service
• Ensure all aspects of event are set up and advanced with each venue
• Manage and execute various on-site VIP experiences for guests including Meet & Greets, Early Entry, Crowd Free Shopping, Open Bar
• Handle merchandise and deliverables count-in, inventory and distribution
• Take photos of the VIP experiences and organize email them to supervisor or post online accordingly.
• Responsible for timely accounting of all event spending, per diem and receipts
Required Competencies/Skills:
• Loves music and understands the “fan” mentality
• Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Must be an effective communicator that can convey information efficiently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent MS Office Skills – Proficient in Excel
Special Requirements/Preferences:
• Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience
Education Required:
• College Degree preferred
