High Level Job Description:
VIP & Fan Experiences Road Rep will be responsible for organizing and executing VIP/Fan experiences at live events for a dedicated period of time. The expectation is that the individual will commit to specific tours/projects varying in length from 4-12 weeks.
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Lead representative at live events for artist, venue, vendors and guests
• Handle all on-site customer service
• Ensure all aspects of event are set up and advanced with each venue
• Manage and execute various on-site VIP experiences for guests including Meet & Greets, Early Entry, Crowd Free Shopping, Open Bar
• Handle merchandise and deliverables count-in, inventory and distribution
• Take photos of the VIP experiences and organize email them to supervisor or post online accordingly
• Responsible for timely accounting of all event spending, per diem and receipts
Required Competencies/Skills:
The VIP & Fan Experiences Road Rep must have previous experience coordinating on-site VIP/Fan experiences at live events and have the ability to travel for extended lengths of time, including holidays and weekends.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives
• Ability to work under pressure on time sensitive projects, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines
Education Required:
• Must have valid Passport with no issues traveling internationally
• College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
