Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Prepare for filing the US Federal and State Income Tax Returns, including estimated tax payments, extensions, partnership tax returns and Form 5471s.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a US Federal and State domestic tax compliance calendar to track the timely reporting of all US Tax Returns.
• Prepare supporting documentation for US Federal, state and local income tax audits.
• Assist in the year end ASC 740 to insure that WMG income tax provision is timely and accurately forecasted and reported in accordance with GAAP.
• Provide additional assistance in various tax projects as needed
Education/Experience Required:
• B.S. in Accounting; CPA or MST preferred
• 3-4 year’s tax experience at US based multinational/major US accounting firm
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of tax return software
