Department Description: :
The VIP Ticketing & Experiences team within the Consumer Sales & Marketing department provides strategic and operational support to Warner Music Group organizations and their artists in planning and executing VIP & Fan Experiences, including Meet & Greets, Listening Parties, Early Entry and Merchandise bundles. These programs service an artist’s biggest fans, as well as move fans from casual, anonymous listeners to committed, known fans of Warner Music Group artists and labels (especially Atlantic Records, Warner Brothers Records, Warner Music Nashville & Artist Arena).
High Level Job Description:
The VIP Ticketing & Experiences Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of VIP ticketing packages and experiences- including the creation and production of merchandise, coordination of on-site logistics for fulfillment with artist management and communication of details and instructions to the customers and fans.
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Maintain relationships with clients (including artist management and vendors)
• Set and meet specific deadlines for merchandise production and event planning with regards to VIP campaigns
• Coordinate on-site logistics with tour crew/on site concierge to create seamless experience for the fan
• Liaise with artist management, designers and merchandise vendors to create and fulfill exclusive items
• Create and maintain daily lists of customer data for use by the artist management and fulfillment department
• Notify customers with instructions and details pertaining to their events across all tours
• Liaise with our customer service, merchandise fulfillment, business development and ticketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects
• Occasionally assist with on-site execution of day of show experiences (travel may be required)

• Loves music and understands the “fan” mentality
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, & project management skills.
• Must be an effective communicator that can convey information efficiently.
• Excellent time management, follow-up skills, organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload, and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Great Communication Skills with multiple levels of management and cross departmental
• Detailed knowledge of the Ticketing and Live Entertainment industry
• Ability to work in an open team environment
• Ability to thrive in a very time-sensitive, “under-the-gun” deadline-meeting capacity
Special Requirements/Preferences:
• Ideal candidate will have minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the music industry (experience working directly with artist managers, booking agencies, and promoters in a Fan Services field is preferred)
• Must have ability to occasionally work weekends and holidays
• Experience with web-based software applications
• Excellent MS Office Skills – Proficient in Excel
Education Required:
• College Degree preferred
