Summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, team-player, and results-driven individual for the full-time position of Coordinator, Licensing Administration, based in Los Angeles. Under direct supervision with some latitude for independent judgment and decision, this individual will be responsible for the preparation of synch licenses and invoices. This is a fun and challenging position in a fast-pace environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Invoice and license for all synch areas.
• Maintain a daily work log.
• Collect cue sheets.
• Help maintain client database.
• Help maintain filing system.
• Assist in other areas of Licensing department as needed.
• Welcomes visitors, screens and directs phone calls/inquiries, processes expenses, schedules and coordinates domestic and international meetings, maintains all calendar items, coordinates domestic and international travel, processes incoming mail and correspondence, prepares outgoing mail, and ensures the office is always fully equipped and functions smoothly.
• Process and log all incoming checks; reconcile check log with monthly reports
• Handles and safeguards confidential and proprietary information.

Education
A high school level education, or its equivalent, is required. A baccalaureate degree with a major in business with coursework to have included principles of music business and/or related fields is preferred.

Experience
One (1) year relevant administrative experience required. Experience to have included the processing of licenses within a music or similar publishing company preferred.
A satisfactory equivalent of education, training and experience in related fields and/or educational disciplines, sufficient to qualify for the requirements of position.
