Department Description:
Maximize WMG digital revenue and market share while ensuring operational account efficiencies and executing our digital strategy
High Level Job Description:
Provide proactive support to the digital account management subscription and ad-supported leads as well as relevant label contacts on business reporting, ongoing administrative maintenance, and planning. Secondary function is providing additional backup to other category leads and account managers in the digital account management team.
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Digital & Global Account Management Reporting/Support:
• Generate label and partner business summaries from digital reporting as needed
• Prepare weekly priority placement & programming recommendations for digital partners
• Develop and maintain department templates for business reviews and campaign recap documents
• Update shared drives with market research, account presentations and monthly provider reports
• Support Spotify account team/Playlist team on playlist initiatives and strategy updates
• Create and maintain report to track download account sale pricing to prevent title overlap
• Prepare recaps of priority editorial features and promotions (Screen shots, links, etc.) for distribution to labels, key executives and for archiving purposes
• Coordinate administrative elements of various partners’ affiliate linking programs
• Support execution of monetization strategy on YouTube & other ad-supported media partners
• Support and manage ad-supported partner(s) Global HelpDesk functionalities
• Support and manage WMG copyright email inbox
• Manage and facilitate disputed claims queue at YouTube
• Assist in the research and creation of sales packages for YouTube, 3rd party, and potentially internal sales teams globally
• Phone coverage:
• SVP and VP Digital Accounts, Global
• Address and prioritize label/account calls/requests/emails while managers are traveling/in meetings/out of office
• T&E Processing/Tracking:
• Prepare and submit expenses reports via Concur system
• Verify approvals, submissions, and payment dates for reports submitted
• Maintain meeting and conference budget tracking for events
• Process invoices for special project expenses as needed
• Travel Arrangements:
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation for regular business travel
• Event registration and planning for tradeshows and conferences
• Calendar management: (eg: Business meetings, Conference Calls, Travel, vacations)
• Coordinate internal meetings, customer meetings, project meetings and conferences
• Create and maintain department calendar of account business review meetings, key account meetings & events, and team travel
• Schedule and update weekly team and one-on-one meetings
• Proactively update calendars as needed for vacations, out of office time, etc.
Required Competencies/Skills:
• Skills: Clear Communication, Basic Analysis and Budgeting, Presentation Editing and Creation, Adaptable & Flexible, Computer literacy.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
• College Degree preferred
• Computer & systems: WMG systems, MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Knowledge: General music genres, basic digital business overview, Distribution and music company structure
• 1-3 years administrative and/or sales/digital support experience
