High Level Job Description:
The Coordinator of CRM Analytics’ primary role is to support the practice of WMG’s CRM analytics and strategic planning operation. Sitting on the team’s CRM Analytics group, the Coordinator's primary duties include independently managing a variety of day-to-day activity of key CRM projects and operational support for analytics programs, specifically but not limited to: Design and documentation of analytics processes and operations, critical support to develop meaning analysis for global consumer marketing teams, and day-to-day analytics and marketing technology support. This person is entrepreneurial-minded and technically savvy who does not mind digging deep into the technologies or data, as well as exercises excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask across multiple projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage day-to-day aspects of WMG’s CS&M analytics platforms.
• Support interdepartmental coordination and communications to ensure that tracking and measurement design is followed.
• Work with internal teams to identify and provide what the sales and analysis teams may need to conduct their analysis.
• Maintain the organizational CS&M analytics operations including: tagging, QA, and testing.
• Help define and translate data capture / tracking requirements into implementable specifications that are shared and adopted across the organization.
• Resolving tracking or tagging issues as they arise.
• Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities and institutionalizing the tagging, QA and reporting processes.
Special Requirements/Preferences:
• Experience with web tracking and reporting technologies like Adobe Reports & Analytics preferred.
• Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members, users, programmers and management across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to initiate and drive improvements.
• Strong analytical abilities and a thorough understanding of touch-points throughout the fan lifecycle.
• Deep love of music, pop culture and understanding of the “fan” mentality
Education Required:
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
