Comp & Benefits/HRIS Analyst
As part of the Compensation & Benefits team, this position will focus on the people systems, processes, policies and programs. Provide HR operations transaction support in the areas of Compensation, Benefits Administration, Employee Changes, and Records Management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data input and accuracy on all existing employee changes. Insures that data is entered and maintained according to company standards. Determine ways to automate processes, reducing manual data entry where possible.
• Respond to employee inquires using HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain codes and tables within the HRIS system in the most efficient manner.
• Acts as internal expert in HRIS reporting providing training to the broader HR community in report writing. Develop and maintain management reports.
• Assists in the evaluation of HRIS organizational needs and ensure existing system design meets the changing requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the HRIS system, how processes are managed through the system, and assist end users.
• Assist with annual bonus and merit increase processes and salary survey input.
• Assist with regulatory reporting (Affirmative Action, EEO).
• Maintenance of employee contracts and job descriptions.
• Ensures continuous improvement in work by assessing current processes and recommending improvements.
• Special projects as assigned
Required Professional Experience:
• Minimum 3 years related work experience
• HRIS experience with ADP Enterprise/ ADP Reporting a must
• Knowledge of the Human Resources function and processes, system set up, interdependencies and data flow to track down data issues
• Strong Microsoft office with excellent Excel and/or Microsoft Access skills

Education
College degree or its equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in the Human Resource
