Benefits - HRIS Analyst (Temporary Role)
As part of the Compensation & Benefits team, this position will focus on administration surrounding the people
systems, processes, policies and programs. Provide HR operations transaction support in the areas of Benefits
Administration, Employee Changes, and Records Management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data input and accuracy on all existing employee changes. Insure that data is entered and maintained according to company standards. Determine ways to automate processes, reducing manual data entry where possible.
• Respond to employee inquires using HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, accuracy and consistency.
• Act as main point of contact for HRIS reporting. Develop and maintain management reports and provide ad hoc reports to the business.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the HRIS system, how processes are managed through the system, and assist end users with troubleshooting and navigation.
• Assist with annual bonus and merit increase processes and salary survey input.
• Assist with regulatory reporting (Affirmative Action, EEO).
• Maintain employee contracts and job descriptions.
• Assist with day to day benefit and leave administration.
• Take part on onboarding process and new hire orientation by presenting the WMG package, explaining eligibility and walking new hires through the election process.
• Ensure continuous improvement in work by assessing current processes and recommending improvements.
• Special projects as assigned.
Required Professional Experience:
• HRIS experience with ADP Enterprise (EV4 or EV5)/ ADP Reporting.
• Basic benefit administration knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Human Resources function and processes, system set up, interdependencies and data flow to track down data issues.
• Strong Microsoft office with excellent Excel skills.

• Must be flexible and adaptable within a team environment.
Education:
College degree or its equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in the Human Resource.
