SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Senior Recruitment Coordinator for the Warner Bros. Talent Acquisition department. This position provides recruitment support to the Recruitment, Development & Outreach (RDO) team and is directly responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting intern candidates across multiple business units at Warner Bros. Facilitates summer internship programs. Oversees the WB Talent Acquisition social media team; supporting the marketing and branding efforts across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Generates offer letters, processes new hire paperwork, and coordinates logistics for all intern events as a part of the RDO team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for company's interns. Sources, via campus postings, applicant tracking system, and campus visits, qualified intern candidates. Screens and presents to department hiring managers.
• Tracks and screens all executive intern referrals and ensures consideration when applicable.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews with recruitment and hiring managers. Communicates applicant status to recruitment, hiring managers and applicant when applicable.
• Assists with relationship management with colleges, universities and graduate schools, as well as with partner organizations.
• Maintain social media calendar for all platforms. Assist with development and brainstorming of social campaigns to help Warner Bros' brand image. Cultivate and maintain knowledge of social media platforms. Liaise with employee communications to coordinate social media efforts. Updates Warner Bros. careers website.
• Creates and distributes: agendas for events, interview schedules for candidates, and marketing materials at presentations.
• Processes employment applications, enters applicant information in Brass Ring and background check system, as required. Schedules orientation and/or on-boarding meetings with HR, and prepares offer letters. Processes paperwork for all new hires.
• Provides administrative support to Manager, Recruitment Development & Outreach including but not limited to:
• Schedules in-person or telephone interviews, conference calls, videoconferences, etc. as needed.
• Arranges candidate travel and prepares and submits candidate expense reports.
• Prepares offer letters.
• Participates in reception duty relief.
• Assists with planning and coordinating logistics for all intern events.
• Assists with special projects as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BA degree preferred.
• Minimum three years previous recruitment experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency using BrassRing or other web based resume/data tracking system preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Proficiency with use and strong understanding of social media marketing required.
• Knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment practices, regulations, and standards highly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make reasonable judgments consistent in line with job duties and consistent with company policy and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels in person or on the telephone.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm.
• Must be able to set-up files, maintenance and filing procedures.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic math, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of report and letter formats.
• Strong phone presence.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
