SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Senior Learning & Organization Analyst for the Human Resources Organization Effectiveness department. The Sr. Learning & Organization Development Analyst is a member of the Organization Development team responsible for project management, facilitation, as well as the analysis and interpretation of data pertaining to learning and organization development initiatives. This position also includes presentation of recommendations for interventions. Emphasis is placed on the use of technology to execute learning and OD processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive and manage implementation, reporting, and analysis of core LOD initiatives including performance management, executive coaching, and employee opinion survey.
• Develop, maintain, facilitate, and oversee delivery of skill development courses or other learning initiatives.
• Implement and oversee studio-wide mentoring programs targeted for various populations (e.g. interns, select/high potential employees, etc.).
• Implement client-driven learning and development projects. May include development of bundled learning assets in support of client needs.
• Work with employee data files, learning and leadership databases and other department specific data sets to produce workforce dashboards.
• Investigate and make recommendations regarding the use of new technologies to improve LOD processes and outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree preferred, degree in organizational psychology or a related field a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a learning or analytics role, creating and presenting learning content and managing learning and OD projects or initiatives.
• Exposure to the creation and presentation of data trends.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, web support tools and other HR technology.
• Preferred experience in the following areas:
• Project management.
• Instructional design.
• Learning and development measurement.
• Assessment and metrics design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of HR related technologies including various talent management tools and systems.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience facilitating skill development sessions for small groups (10-25 people).
• Able to think strategically and make sound, data-based recommendations.
• Experience in the management of small scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues and clients to gather information non-invasively.
• Strong analytical design skills with an emphasis on the use of technology and new media to analyze and deliver results.
• Experience using survey and assessment tools to identify business needs and measure effectiveness of solutions.
• Proven exceptional communication skills, especially when interacting with Senior Leadership.
• High comfort level speaking in front of groups.
• Understanding of, and skill in, creating compelling visual presentation of information.
• Must be able to use a computer with a high degree of proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
