HR Manager (6 Month Maternity Cover) Based in London
Job Purpose:
To assist the Group Head of HR in managing on-going HR deliverables on compensation and benefits, generalist support and assist in providing an efficient and professional HR service.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Building strong and effective relationships with managers and staff at all levels of the organization.
• Working closely with senior managers to provide expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, coaching, career development.
• Advising, guiding and supporting managers in resolving disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance management issues.
• Ensuring administrative and transactional work such as offers, salary increases, promotions, transfers and assignments are completed accurately and within policy.
• Revising existing HR policies and procedures and ensuring the company operates in line with employment legislation.
• Overseeing monthly payroll for the Group.
• Managing maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests.
• Issuing new starter/leaver documents as and when required.
• Overseeing Annual submission of Statutory returns for the Group including P11D and PSA.
• Assisting with pension administration including Auto Enrolment project.
• Managing Occupation Health cases.
• Liaising with HMRC.
• Managing Immigration matters.
Qualification & Experience:
• Have extensive UK HR experience at management level
• Have up to date knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience within media industry would be an advantage
• Must be CIPD qualified at degree level

Working Hours: 9.30am until 6.00pm

Duration of Contract: 6 Months
