Coordinator, Talent Acquisition (Temporary)
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Entertainment seeks a Temporary Coordinator for its Talent Acquisition department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processes employment applications, entering applicant information in applicant tracking system (BrassRing) and background check systems, as required.
• Conducts reference checks, schedules new hire orientation and prepares offer letters.
• Audits, maintains, and generates reprots including team's recruitment report, time to fill, and other executive reports as needed.
• Research, source, and screen entry-level, temporary, and internship applicants using BrassRing.
• Communicates applicant status to recruitment and hiring managers.
• Assistst Manager of Recruitment and Recruiter with sourcing, scheduling, and special projects as required. Represents department at job fairs.
• Provides administrative support to Manager, Recruitment, and Recruiter including, but not limited to:
• Responds to general inquiries and routes calls as appropriate.
• Assists Recruitment team with scheduling in-person or telephone interviews, conference calls, videoconferencing, etc. as needed.
• Prepares expense reports and submits them to Corporate for processing.
• Tracks unsolicited resumes and executive referrals.
• Greets candidates, clients and visitors; assists with the arrangement of parking, meals, lodging, and transportation as needed.
• Arranges travel and hotel accommodations for Manager, Recruitment and Recruiter and final round candidates as needed.
• Close job files in BrassRing and forward appropriate paperwork to GBSI.
• Prepares offer letters and distributes new hire packets.
• Completes new hire paperwork.
• Record team's recruitment costs on a quarterly basis.
• Generate and track recruitment evaluations on a monthly basis.
• Participate in reception duty relief.
• Perform other projects as requested by Manager, Recruitment and Recruiter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• One year previous recruitment experience highly preferred; relevant Human Resources experience desirable.
• Proficiency using BrassRing or other web-based resume/data tracking systems desired.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment practices, regulations, and standards highly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make reasonable judgments consistent with job duties and consistent with Company policy and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels in person or on the telephone.
• Must be able to set up files and have knowledge of file maintenance and procedures.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic math, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of report and letter formats.
• Strong phone presence.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
