WEC - WEA Corporation High Level Job Description:
Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Pricing & Control, balance and verify the accuracy of computer report totals for Sales Programs, New Price Points, New Product Set Up, Product Maintenance, Customer Set Up and Maintenance, Outsales and Advertising. Separate and distribute completed work to appropriate personnel; Enter required maintenance into all department owned systems. Maintain computer report files and logs; and perform special assignments and other related work as required.
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Compare and balance work entered into Excel balancing reports with balancing script totals.
• Research any OOB’s for the balancing, with specific care to the excel spreadsheet and any new items that appear in the script.Document and explain balancing procedures for SOX auditors.
• Verify that data input from specific systems (i.e., ESS) are communicated/input into non-related systems (i.e., Jupiter).
• Communicate and verify out of balance situations to Sr. Manager Pricing/Control, Warehouse Managers and department heads of IT-Operations.
• Run computer generated reports as required to fulfill functions of the department.
• Accurate data entry for customer/product/program maintenance in ESS.
• Accurate data entry for product into GCDM/ESS (previously SLC/ESS) maintenance into the appropriate systems.
• Update NRCS for maintenance/set up as required.
• Enter all digital master file maintenance using the CSA set of applications for promotion set up, pricing set up, rate card set up and all other required maintenance in E-Trans as required.
• Support HP Legacy input as back up to NY entry, and also process any data entry requirements as they occur.
• Process sales adjustments for A/R and also all price protection requirements, including on hands & rebate adjustments.
• Process and distribute to all labels the monthly exception pricing notification for new product set ups and input the data once the labels supply the required pricing.
• Assist in system testing requirements for all applications utilized by the P&C group, including ESSTEST3.
• Support AS/400 Legacy as back up for WBR.
• Back up for outsales balancing and perform adjustments as required.
• Assist the Supervisor and/or the Sr. Manager of Pricing/Control when needed.
• Assist the Director of Pricing Control with all Audit requirements of the department.
Required
Competencies/Skills:
• Knowledge of basic math and the ability to perform math functions in units of American currency. Knowledge of basic accounting skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Dependability and Flexibility.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work overtime when scheduled.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, Windows, Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, 10-key.
Specific Requirements/Preferences:

Education Required:
• GED or equivalent and 1 year of related experience.
