Position title: SAP Technical Architect
Position requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• Four years of experience with SAP ECC technical operations management as a Service Level Manager. These four years must be with administering SAP Solution Manager, implementing enhancement pack upgrades and integrating SAP applications with the Active Directory.
• Of these four years, two must be with overseeing TDMS test management and processing digital micro-transactions through SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience, the employer will also accept six years of experience with SAP ECC technical operations management as a Service Level Manager. These six years must be with administering SAP Solution Manager, implementing enhancement pack upgrades, integrating SAP applications with the Active Directory.
• Of these six years, two must be with overseeing TDMS test management and processing digital micro-transactions through SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.
• NetWeaver certification required.
• Travel to unanticipated Warner Music Group Corp. offices as needed is required.
Position duties:
• Developing and designing a global SAP technical landscape which optimizes both on-premises and cloud-based computer technologies and effectively supports business modules.
• Leveraging SAP Solution Manager to manage functional blueprints for the implementation of solutions, configuration, testing and training and the creation of post-implementation processes across all sub-modules.
• Overseeing SAP integration with the Active Directory to ensure that new functionalities and enhancements do not adversely affect the existing SAP landscape.
• Leveraging TDMS to manage and support multiple on-demand test data sets.
• Employing knowledge of the processing of digital micro-transactions through SAP and SAP business warehouse to customize SAP solutions for the music industry.
• Managing NetWeaver portal environment.
• Will supervise up to six (6) contractors.
