A little bit about our team:
The Income Tracking department is responsible to ensure that all royalties due for all the uses of WCM songs will get properly remitted. These are mechanical and digital royalties.
This department is vital to the service Warner Chappell provides to its clients: the songwriters.
You'll be working within a group of 4 people under the supervision of the head of the Income Tracking department.

We're looking for independent, enthusiastic applicants ready to work with our whole team and various departments at Warner/Chappell to work on our writer's records to have their shares licensed and paid!
Here you'll get to:
This role offers you the opportunity to work directly with major record labels putting out Billboard charting releases to make sure Warner/Chappell's writers shares of these releases are fully licensed and set up for payment. Working with the head of the Income Tracking dept. you will be responsible to review all royalty information and make sure that all royalties due for our songwriters will be properly paid !! Sounds exciting !! Every day working in this department is different and you will have fun learning a lot on all aspects in the music publishing.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
We're looking for candidates that have one or more of the following qualifications:
-A love for music
-Classes or college education in the Music Industry
-A natural drive to succeed
-The ability to work well with others
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
-Knowledge on what is copyright/royalty information and mechanical licensing.
-Knowledge in how Royalties are processed.
-A firm understanding of Music Publishing as a whole
