High Level Job Description:
The CRM Coordinator’s primary role is to support the design and implementation of processes, solutions and tools for Consumer Sales & Marketing programs outlined by the CRM solutions director. In doing so, s/he will be required to perform tasks as assigned, including but not limited to email production, basic reporting, and data management.
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Support on CRM Proof of Concept projects for Platform director
• Content creation for CRM newsletter and internal website
• Marketing of Warner Music megastore
• Assist Campaign team through campaign coordination including campaign schedule management, tracking, reporting and copywriting
• Fulfillment of reporting requests for digital marketing activity
• Support marketing program development and execution guided by the prioritized business needs of WMG’s artists and labels.
• Execute test programs and refining programs based on campaign results and customer analytics insight.
• Regularly update documentation of tracking, system setup guides, measurement and reporting used for processes and program evaluation
• Provide Roll out and QA support for new lifecycle marketing processes and tools
• Monitor new marketing trends and tools continuously test out new products.
• Provide regular Consumer Sales & Marketing information required for global executive dashboards.
Required Competencies/Skills:
• Strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, mobile, social, web and advertising
• Some experience of html, SQL and website content management systems
• Use appropriate communications skills (both oral and written)
• Experience with marketing analytics & business intelligence tools and software; Experience with Adobe SiteCatalyst, ExactTarget and CRM systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to initiate and drive improvements
• Strong analytical abilities
• Critical thinker, problem solver and strong attention to detail a must
• Deep love of music, pop culture and understanding of the “fan” mentality
Experience/Knowledge Required:
• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
