Position
Do you consider yourself to be a superfan of our studio, movies, and shows and have an exceptional skill for not only retaining detailed information but also speaking in front of an audience? If so, working in our Studio Tour department would be a great opportunity for you!
We are currently looking for temporary/seasonal passionate individuals with exceptional guest service skills. This is a great position for someone who enjoys interacting with people and who would like to make a direct impact on our visitors. The duties include but are not limited to ticket sales, scripted and unscripted presentations, escorting guests around the studio, answering phones and making tour reservations.
Initially, our Tour employees start off in guest service roles, however, depending on business needs and stellar performance, they may eventually get trained to be Studio Tour Guides. Our Tour Guides are responsible for taking guests on a two-and-a-half-hour tour, where they are able to see behind the scenes of production, including sound stages, sets and props from some of our current and past productions.
Requirements:
Open availability is a must for this position as the shifts vary between 6am-8pm including weekends and holidays during the seasonal peak.
Since you will be driving a customized passenger tour cart, a valid CA driver's license is required.
Previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus, however, with a bright outlook, positive personality and willingness to contribute to a larger team you would fit right in!
Must have the ability to work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods of time.
Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, French speakers a plus
The Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer and considers all candidates for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, marital status, military or veteran's status (including protected veterans, as may be required by federal law), sexual orientation, gender identity or any other category protected by law.
