SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a T & E Analyst for the HRSS Travel & Expense department. Audit expense reports for compliance to company policies, IRS rules and international laws. Provide heavy customer service to internal client both international & domestic including training on Concur. Perform SAP payments validations for International territories. Reconciliation of T & E Reimbursement Payments for US employees. Printing, and matching of BCD Air invoices; assist with coding invoices and entering data on templates. Perform translation services as requested as well as other miscellaneous project as necessary.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Audit expense reports for compliance to company policies and local government requirements-( designated countries based on language skills).
• Provide assistance/training to employees on Concur & T & E Policies.
• Review edits reports for duplicate payments and errors. Follow up with employees on missing documentations.
• Perform reconciliation on Domestic T & E reimbursements.
• Handle general T&E administration such as, mail, copies, scanning etc. Performing research & analysis.
• Run VAT Tax report, reconcile data and generate Cover pages for International.
• Perform SAP Validations for international territories.
• Special Projects as necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance/accounting, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 year experience in a private industry/financial environment with emphasis on auditing or expense reimbursement and procedural compliance review required.
• Extensive customer relations experience.
• Exposure to T&E functions required.
• Prior experience with electronic reimbursement system preferred (Concur or other major system).
• Previous work experience in travel & entertainment field, accounting and auditing principles, practices and policies required.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of auditing for corporate compliance and internal controls required.
• Previous experience in using automated accounting systems preferred.
• Strong PC skills: Intermediate to advanced, ability with Windows and Microsoft Office required. SAP experience required.
• Concur experience required.
• Read, write and speak foreign language fluently.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, by email and on the telephone.
